Our engineering staff, with over 100 years of combined experience, can meet our customers needs.  If our customer has a problem that they are unable to resolve, we will work with their team to reach a solution, through communication, research, and development. We pride ourselves on the ability to manufacture, ship, and install our designs.

Automation

• Vroom engineering makes turnkey solutions to our customers needs, that means we install controllers, drives, PLCs, and encoders. We can also update old hardware, and come up with robotic solutions.

ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS

• Having trouble finding replacement parts for your equipment?  Tired of keeping large inventory of long lead time parts?  We can help.  Our engineering staff is capable of reverse engineering the part to meet your needs.  

• Do you have a part that continues to fail?  
  Customers may have parts that fail.  Vroom Engineering will look at the part and the process in which it’s used, to determine if a product improvement can be made.  We work closely with the customer’s engineers and technicians to make improvement recommendations.  The recommendation could be the way it’s designed, the way it’s manufactured, or the types of material used.

• We pride ourselves in being able to identify, during process equipment rebuilds, where process improvements might be helpful.  Perhaps we could help reduce or eliminate the rebuild in the future, or allow the equipment to last longer between rebuilds.
